Initially, we developed Augmentor only as a personal tool.

Diagnostic expert and technical skills trainer Jan Karnolt first came up with the idea of remote audio-visual support and digitalisation of manuals back in 2015, when he worked as a trainer for the Ford Motor Company, providing support to all Ford dealerships in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In collaboration with Ford’s Czech CEO, the startup Beecam was created to simplify and streamline the work of mechanics and provide a perfect overview of warranty repairs.”

After years of development, collaboration with experts in the fields of VR, AR and AI, the Augmentor platform was created.Today, Augmentor is not only a developer and supplier of its own and partner solutions for technical industries, but also the only truly aftersales services-focused digital platform and module for other DMS, ERP and CRM.

Spreading awareness and real implementation of functional solutions in companies and educational institutions is our main domain.

We work with secondary schools and apprenticeships, helping to prepare for practice and select the right solutions for craftsmen, mechanics, technicians and other manual trades.

He was at the origin of Augmentor and, in addition to his continuing involvement, has his own company for expert diagnostics, technical statements and other automotive specialties. He is a mentor and external specialist we can count on.
